Genesis 5787: The Work of Becoming
Our Torah Study for the weeks we read the Book of Genesis: a journey through relationships, responsibility, and the human condition.
Study Genesis online
While we read Genesis in the Torah cycle, our Saturday Torah Study follows these stories, and the same studies are here online for members. Read each story closely in Hebrew and English, hear voices from Jewish tradition, and answer for yourself. Our ancestors were not perfect people. They struggled, failed, loved, feared, wounded one another, and sometimes found the courage to change. Their stories invite us to ask who we are becoming.
For adults · rated PG-13
Like the Torah itself, these stories include violence and sexual content, and the study discusses them openly. It is written for adults.
